Campaign Manager- Lead Generation


ACBM is seeking an experienced and proactive individual who can use a combination of project management, analytical, marketing, and technical skills to manage and deliver successful lead generation campaigns for the company.


The successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of content syndication programs and webcasts to ensure client campaign goals are met on-time and on-budget. They must be the consummate team-player, working with sales and other departments (marketing, audience development and digital operations) to achieve revenue and lead goals.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Build a strong appreciation of client business needs and be resourceful in coming up with solutions to meet their challenges

  • Establish lead goals and rate pre-sale based on requested filters and calculate reliable cost estimates

  • Manage and execute the launch of new campaigns including landing pages, testing, and promotion plan that includes various inbound and outbound marketing strategies and tactics

  • Monitor pacing and promotional activity for all campaigns, modifying strategies and tactics as needed to achieve goals

  • Coordinate audience availability and usage across channels and programs to make sure the most appropriate contacts are being targeted, while preventing database fatigue

  • Prepare all lead reports with significant attention to detail to ensure campaign requirements are delivered accurately and on-time

  • Partner with relevant colleagues to develop performance reporting, analyze results, and modify activities as needed to ensure targets are achieved

  • Source, negotiate and manage relationships with vendors  

  • Serve as technical expert on all platforms and technologies required throughout the campaign (Unbounce and ON24)

  • Drive continuous improvement by developing best practices, sharing successes and failures, and reviewing campaign performance to determine areas to improve



  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a media/campaign management role

  • Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and project management experience

  • Expert in Excel with a knack for creating reports that analyze performance

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms quickly

  • Experience in lead filtering, scoring, and nurturing

  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to connect with a wide range of clients and colleagues at all levels

  • Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities concurrently, prioritize accordingly, and focus while keeping deadlines in mind
