Marketing Assistant


AC Business Media, a leader in driving brand awareness and preference through partnerships with its clients, is seeking a Marketing Assistant.

Contribute to AC Business Media’s revenue goals by coordinating and delivering lead generation events utilizing event management software.  


Job Results/Outcomes 

ACBM’s sold and educational webinars, seminars and online events are professionally facilitated to meet client expectations. 

  • Prepare and create a custom marketing plan for each event through successful collaboration with Partner Success teams

  • Communicate with client and internal teams to define topic and deliverables including due dates, materials, project scope, etc.

  • Supporting the Lead Generation Coordinator, ensure lead/registration goals are met and adjust the campaign as necessary to meet the goal 

  • Ensure each webinar, seminar or online event is conducted in an effective and engaging manner

  • Provide post-webinar reporting and review directly with the client when requested


Ensure a successful bi-annual week-long summit.   

  • Schedule and run monthly check-ins with internal team  

  • Working with the Marketing team, prepare and create a custom marketing plan for each summit 

  • Build and maintain the registration pages as sponsorships are fulfilled 

  • Conduct platform training/prep sessions directly with clients

  • Ensure each webinar, seminar or online event is conducted in an effective and engaging manner

  • Compile and provide post-summit reporting to clients based on sponsorship level 

  • Working with Marketing create and send a post-event survey to sponsors 

  • Run post-event meeting for internal team to reflect on event and make adjustments as necessary for future summits 


Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required) in marketing, communication, or related field.

  • Previous webinar experience preferred (not required).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Passionate, articulate, positive, and highly motivated to win

  • Demonstrated computer and software skills required, proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding goals
