Marketing Manager

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer



The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing team with an emphasis on implementing marketing programs for all brands. He/she will collaborate on a daily basis with the marketing team, as well as with publishers, editors, and sales representatives to fully execute and deliver marketing programs, campaigns, events and other branding efforts set forth by management.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate in the development of marketing strategies and tactics with measurable results

  • Develop and execute marketing programs that are innovative and differentiate ACBM from the competition

  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion

  • Manage PR program

  • Write a wide spectrum of promotional materials for print, digital and social media

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout all communications and materials

  • Participate in development of branding initiatives

  • Lead in development of media kits

  • Spearhead event marketing for company-owned events (award ceremonies and summits), as well as tradeshows

  • Develop marketing and sales materials that meet brand standards and marketing objectives

  • Work collaboratively to direct the creative for each project with the design team

  • Understand analytics and how they can be implemented in marketing projects to track campaigns and make recommendations for improvement


Qualifications/Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Effective project management skills to keep projects on track, while working efficiently

  • Understanding of technology and programs including Google Analytics, Excel, Outlook, and Word and how to apply them in marketing projects

  • A drive and passion for excellence – of work output, collaboration, communication and overall business results

  • Efficient multi-tasking abilities, organization, excellent follow through, detail oriented and ability to see the big picture

  • “Can do” attitude

  • Problem-analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines

  • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative

  • Ability to travel as needed to fulfill onsite event coordination
