AC Business Media, a leader in driving brand awareness and preference through partnerships with its clients, is seeking a full-time Marketing and Audience Coordinator.

 

The Marketing & Audience Coordinator is an important cross functional resource who will work with the audience development, marketing, digital, and content teams on a variety of projects. This role will work with various stakeholders to assist in uncovering valuable insights and executing projects to grow the engagement of our known audiences as well growing, enhancing, and keeping current our audience/marketing database.

 

Job Results/Outcomes

  • Continued development and maintenance of the audience database through daily support of audience development efforts, with data collection and cleanliness being a top priority

    • Work with audience development and marketing teams to create, distribute and market high value assets (HVA’s) to help convert unknown audiences to known audiences.

    • Be a Credspark champion (interactive quiz/survey/poll tool) to support audience development and marketing initiatives and goals.

    • Gain a thorough understanding of our Omeda database and the email deployment platform

  • Increase audience engagement by supporting the marketing team’s efforts to create audience development materials and campaigns

    • Champion audience development campaign copywriting

    • Ideate and test designs that will increase response rates

    • Explore new ways to promote audience development efforts

  •  Support marketing, audience development and editorial to track and communicate brand and corporate metrics as well as add actionable insights

    • Be the champion of metrics and insights to uncover valuable and actionable insights to support known audience growth

    • Optimize our existing content for engagement and long-term performance, which will increase our websites’ performance. Drive more traffic to our sites and increase audience engagement

 

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor or Associate degree preferred and/or post-secondary programming/business courses or at least one year of applicable work experience.
