Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will share responsibility with the marketing team in implementing marketing programs for our brands. He/she will collaborate on a daily basis with the marketing team, as well as with publishers, editors, and sales representatives.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to come up with marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Assist in developing content and campaigns to fulfill digital lead generation programs

  • Coordinate event planning including award programs which involves booking the venue, promoting nominations and ticket sales, logistics and operational duties

  • Fulfillment of sponsorships, such as roundtables, surveys, etc.

  • Coordinate readership and advertiser surveys as needed

  • Update and proof marketing and sales materials that meet brand standards and marketing objectives

  • Assist the marketing team’s efforts to grow social audience interactions

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure all creative is proofed and trafficked through the appropriate approval channels promptly to meet deadlines

  • Understand analytics and how they can be implemented in marketing projects to track campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

  • Support all other efforts of the marketing team on an as needed basis



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience or educational background in marketing


Qualifications/Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Effective project management skills to keep projects on track, while working efficiently

  • Understanding of technology and programs including Google Analytics, Excel, Outlook, and Word and how to apply them in marketing projects

  • A drive and passion for excellence – of work output, collaboration, communication and overall business results

  • Efficient multi-tasking abilities, excellent follow through, detail oriented and ability to see the big picture

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
