Multimedia Content Producer

We are looking for an experienced and creative Multimedia Content Producer (full-time, salaried, regular) to join AC Business Media. As a Multimedia Content Producer, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, producing, and assembling video, audio, and animated content for our portfolio of B2B media brands. This position will also work with our partner success and sales teams to capture, edit, and produce branded content multimedia projects. The Multimedia Content producer should have experience working with raw camera footage, animations, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects as well as the production tools used to create and distribute engaging multimedia content.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You are a fit for this role if you are an outstanding collaborative team player who knows their way around recording/editing equipment/software, is innovative, creative, and eager to help build engaging content for our audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES, include, but are not limited to:

  • Filming and editing interviews, tradeshow events, product videos, and other editorial content as needed for web and social channels

  • Work collaboratively with brand leads to create digital content that will engage the audience, drive traffic, expand our brand reach, and appeal to advertisers

  • Editing several Podcast series across the brands

  • Keeping an eye on content performance to consistently learn what content is working and what content isn’t

  • Capture studio-quality video and photos

  • Work both on and off-site

  • Manage and produce all technical aspects of video recording and editing

  • Work with our creative teams

  • Regularly collaborate with marketing and sales teams

  • Follow the company's brand guidelines and help build our video voice

  • Comfortable presenting to senior management

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in video/audio production OR relevant experience

  • 3-5 years producing digital content in a professional B2C or B2B setting

  • Experience working with digital technology

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Highly organized

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented

  • Forward thinker

  • Maintains a positive attitude and fosters collaboration

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Podcast syndication, video syndication, After Affects, etc.

  • Ability to learn new systems and software

Must be able to work out of our Fort Atkinson, WI office.
