Partner Success Manager

 

Job Description:

 

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) (full-time, salaried, regular) is part of the Partner Success Team to managing and executing advertising projects.  The PSM will manage the ad-delivery process, campaign deliverables, execution and communication between the client and cross-functional teams within AC Business Media to ensure successful delivery of each multi-faceted advertising campaign. This includes financial management as well as building recaps outlining the performance of programs. The PSM is someone who takes ownership and responsibility for each project and ensures quality through over-communication and collaboration amongst all team members involved in the execution of the projects. The PSM will work closely with the Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineer in developing integrated marketing plans for all of the AC Business Media brands working across all channels as needed, such as; Lead Gen, Custom Content Creation, Digital, Social, Print, Experiential and more.

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:   

  • Manages communications and campaign process internally between all departments, which could include Marketing, Production, Editorial, Social, Sales, Events, Ad Ops, Finance, Legal and outside Vendors/Partners.

  • Communicates directly with individual team members to reiterate the scheduled deliverables, record progress/metrics of the project and addresses issues/obstacles as they arise.   

  • Manages the campaign calendars and establishes check-ins to facilitate collaboration between the internal departments and outside partners (clients, agencies, vendors, etc) throughout the project.

  • Recaps internal meetings, decisions and deliverables to the Account Executive and all teams involved.   

  • Oversight of monthly campaign budgets, inventory and new opportunities by working closely with AdOps and the sales teams.

  • Works closely with the various internal and external teams to ensure overall project hits the goal within the defined scope.   

  • Heavily involved with Project Communication/Integration, Project Assignments/Scope, Budget/Scope, Project Schedule/Time Management, Project Approvals/Quality, Project Documentation, and Project Resources.

 

Education/Experience:   

  • Bachelor’s degree.   

  • 3-5 years of well-rounded project management experience in advertising, marketing or related business.   

  • Preferred experience with an B2B background, but not required.   

  • Cross-discipline experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:   

  • The ability to sit for prolonged period of time and view computer screen.

  • Work is performed in an office environment that is well lit and ventilated.
